Well there are so many ways to completely healing a mind struggling with mental health. But from my personal experience I say yes having faith and living by faith is a great way to help in the healing process. It is a process and a learning one at that. It does take time to get to that faith that releases the worrying ,stress, acceptance, and forgiven yourself but when you truly grab a hold of it you will see and feel that change that makes such a difference. Like I said I know this because I faced this in my life and it has made my mental health so much better and easier to deal with. So why not give it a chance you have nothing to lose and so much to gain. Have the best day that you can but remember you are not alone and you most certainly matter.
