Hey there friend how are you feeling? Me not too bad, but we all have days when we feel a little bit lonely or lost. I really want to help you understand that yes, we struggle with our mental health on a day to day basis. But we need not to forget we are also human. What I mean by that is we also have our regular human ways as emotions, and those ways we deal with on a daily that’s just part of us.
I know how we struggle with being called out about our mental health daily when sometimes it’s just part of daily living. Like being a female who still has her menstrual cycle our body changes for a few days or so including our emotions. That is not so much about our mental health even though your other half might be quick to say so. I just want you to know that you might struggle with your mental health but you still also deal with being a regular human being as well.
You don’t have to give up on being a regular person or doing regular things. You know what I have learned about people with mental disorders, or struggles. They are some of the strongest, most loving and the most dedicated people I know. We can conquer so much because we have to try harder at things than most people. I just want you to know in the mist of your daily living look for the difference in normal human ways and your struggling mental health side.
I have found it to have made things easier for my path to healing. I used to make everything a mental health struggle, but now I know its ok to be gloomy on a rainy day. I do not have to make it a tragedy. It took me a long time to learn this and I hope it can help you as well. Keep trying to find your healing and balances you deserve a good life no matter what the diagnosis. My hearts with you always. Till next time
